Hose Doctor
to join our growing team.
In this field-based role, you'll provide fast, reliable, and high-quality repair, replacement, and testing services for hydraulic system components. You'll be the face of the ENZED brand, representing us with professionalism and a strong customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver timely and accurate repairs and servicing of hydraulic systems and components.
Ability to perform moderate lifting tasks as required for field service work.
Provide exceptional customer service with a "right the first time" approach.
Support management in completing departmental objectives and daily tasks.
Maintain the service vehicle in a clean and professional condition.
Ensure all work is compliant with legislative and company requirements.
Assist with sourcing non-stock or hard-to-find items in a prompt manner.
Maintain accurate records and manage vehicle inventory efficiently.
Follow up customer quotes and requests in line with ENZED procedures.
What We're Looking For
Experience and/or knowledge of hydraulic systems.... is desirable not necessary
A strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A professional, neat appearance and commitment to representing the ENZED brand.
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
Understanding of safety standards and quality procedures.
High attention to detail and pride in your work.
Valid driver's licence. LR preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
