We are seeking an individual with strong administrative skills who is organized, friendly and who works well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
* Building and maintain relationships with Rental Providers & Renters alike
* An attention to detail and an ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
* General administration tasks
* Manage communication via email and phone, ensuring a professional and efficient experience
About you:
* Must have an Agent's Representative Certificate/Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Current Police Check and valid Drivers Licence.
* A great work ethic combined with an enthusiastic outlook
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with Rental Providers & Renters
* Capacity to work efficiently, both independently and within a small team environment
* Adaptable and quick to learn new systems and processes
