Main Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality services.
* Assist clients in uncovering additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process.
* Work collaboratively with diverse teams across the business to design, win, plan, and deliver projects that help clients solve complex problems.
* Manage performance to achieve a high standard of client service.
Requirements
* Previous experience in Procurement/Supply Chain.
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
* Business and process improvement skills, including Operating Model design and implementation, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
* Leadership and motivational skills, ideally with experience leading high-performing teams.
* Exposure to operational transformation and cost analysis, including business case preparation.
