Administrative Assistant Position
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly professional to provide administrative assistance in supporting the daily operations of the facility.
About the Role:
* The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors.
* They will process accounts receivable and payable, and place purchase orders with ease.
* This role involves acting as a point of contact for resident enquiries and referring them to the appropriate teams.
* The selected candidate will perform general administration tasks such as filing, mail processing, data entry, word processing, minute taking, and photocopying on a regular basis.
* Responsibilities also include maintaining records to meet internal and external reporting requirements.
* The successful applicant must ensure regulatory compliance with Occupational Safety and Health policies at all times.
* Active contribution to continuous quality improvement is also expected.
* Adherence to the Baptistcare Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures is mandatory.

* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
