Job Title: Senior Skin Therapist
As a key member of our team, you will deliver a range of professional services, including laser hair removal, advanced skin treatments, hair loss treatments, advanced facials, and skin therapies. You will consult with clients, develop tailored treatment plans, guide product recommendations, and ensure each client leaves confident and excited to return.
About the Role
Senior Skin Therapist – you'll lead, mentor, and inspire the team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, strong sales performance, and smooth day‐to‐day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a high‐performing team.
* Drive clinic performance through KPIs, sales targets, customer retention, and revenue growth.
* Create a positive, supportive, and results‐focused team culture.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and treatment experiences.
* Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain high standards across the clinic.
* Assist with consultations and treatment recommendations where required.
* Build long‐term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
* Monitor bookings, conversions, rebookings, and customer retention.
* Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure positive outcomes.
* Work directly with the clinic owner to help drive business growth, improve performance, and shape the future direction of the clinic.
About You
We're looking for a motivated senior therapist who takes ownership and leads by example.
* Previous experience as a senior therapist, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, or similar leadership role.
* Experience within the beauty, laser, cosmetic industry.
* Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* The ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
* Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities.
* A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping clients and team members succeed.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Thursday and Saturday availability (essential).
