About the role
As a Junior Business Analyst, you’ll play a key part in supporting various business units by analysing data, maintaining systems, and contributing to improvements in business processes and performance. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams, helping to provide insights that impact decisions across accumulation, grower services and grain marketing.
Duties
* Act as a system administrator for grain purchasing systems including contracting and pricing systems
* Support day to day business operations and processes including within the Salesforce CRM.
* Collect and analyse data related to grain production, market trends and customer preferences
* Create reports that provide timely and accurate information to the business
* Analyse and report on trends that impact the delivery and / or purchasing of grain
* Assist with system requirement gathering, improvements and testing
About you
You’re a motivated team player with strong analytical capabilities and a keen eye for detail. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a proactive attitude to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
You’ll also bring:
* Strong Excel and data analysis skills
* A working knowledge of the Australian grain industry (or a willingness to learn)
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
