Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily appointments, property inspections, open homes, client meetings, and deadlines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
* Manage and coordinate lead agents' social media campaigns;
* Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendas, email and task management;
* Generating CMAs & prospecting administration for your Lead Agent;
* Self-managing day-to-day tasks;
* Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end-to-end experience; and
* Assistance with Open Homes on Saturdays
Requirements
* 2+ years of prior administration or reception experience within Real Estate;
* Ability to work as part of a team and contribute wherever needed;
* Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
* Passion and desire to help others succeed;
* Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Confidence in working with Microsoft Office;
* Ability to adapt and be flexible.
