About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity for Speech Pathology graduates to kickstart their career in a structured, supportive, and rewarding graduate program commencing January 2026.
The role offers exposure to a varied caseload across paediatric and adult clients, focused on assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and management of a range of communication disorders. Whether you choose full-time or part-time, you’ll benefit from:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be graduating from a recognised Speech Pathology degree in 2025
- Be eligible for full membership with Speech Pathology Australia before commencing
- Be passionate about delivering evidence-based therapy and working within a collaborative team
- Have excellent communication and time management skills
- Be able to obtain:
- Disability Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Medicare Provider Number
- Hold an open driver’s licence (desirable)
- Be proactive, adaptable, and committed to ongoing professional development
