Siam Alley Asian Cuisine is looking for an experienced Chef to join our busy Thai restaurant team.
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year + super
Requirements:
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or Asian Cookery
• At least 1 year experience in Asian cuisine
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety and cost control
Duties Include:
• Preparing and presenting quality meals
• Assisting with menu planning and recipe development
• Monitoring stock and ordering supplies
• Reducing wastage and managing portion control
• Training kitchen staff when required
• Ensuring food safety, sanitation and OHS compliance
