About this role
You will provide comprehensive nursing care and services to patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic operative procedures in operating theatres, recovery, anaesthetic areas, day of surgery admissions and holding bays. Assessing individual patient needs, you will plan, implement or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide direct nursing care and services to patients
* Assess and plan individualised care for patients
* Coordinate service delivery with healthcare teams
You will work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, prioritise workloads and be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a healthcare setting.
