A rare opportunity has opened for a highly experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen in one of Perth's flagship high-volume pub venues. This is not a role for someone new to leadership we're seeking a seasoned operator with the skills, resilience, and presence to take command of a high-performing, large-scale kitchen.
About the Role
* Lead and mentor a large brigade in a fast-paced pub environment.
* Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and service across a venue generating $80 – 100K+ in weekly food sales.
* Delegate effectively, instil discipline, and foster a strong, motivated kitchen culture.
* Manage ordering, cost control, compliance, and kitchen systems to the highest standard.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure operational and financial success.
About You
* A veteran of the pub or high-volume hospitality industry with proven experience running large-scale kitchens.
* Natural leader who can manage, coach, and inspire diverse teams.
* Strong command of kitchen operations, including financial management and compliance.
* Calm, decisive, and confident under pressure.
