Key Responsibilities
Provide service, advice and product solutions to both trade and retail customersHandle all paint related questions for all customers, including tinting paint products and colour matching to customer requirementsInventory control (Goods Receiving/Stocktaking), stock replenishmentTake orders in-store and by phoneBuild strong relationships with repeat customers in store and fellow colleaguesAssist with visual displays, store presentation and general house-keepingComply with safe work practices
About You
Previous experience working in a customer service roleA willingness to learn, grow and develop with Haymes PaintExperience with stock handling and merchandisingConfidence to perform manual tasksPoint of Sale (POS) system knowledge or appropriate tech-savvyTrade experience is highly regarded
