The role: Located in Port Macquarie NSW, you will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diverse asset market in the residential space. Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities.
The key responsibilities include maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and professional development.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Residential valuation skills, exceptional communication, and business development skills. A strong client network and commitment to professional development are also highly valued.
Key qualifications include a degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications, combined with CPV status and significant experience in the residential valuation space. Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills are essential, as well as excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
