We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Pathology Collector. As a valued member of our organization, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in various settings, including commercial clients on site, home visits, nursing homes, group homes, and facilities.
About the Role:
* Collecting blood samples from patients with professionalism and care.
* Conducting home visits and travelling to different locations to provide quality patient care.
* Maintaining accurate records for every patient and sample.
* Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy/Certificate III in Pathology Collection.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with high levels of empathy.
* Organized, with strong time management and attention to detail.
* Able to work autonomously, travelling between locations independently.
* Valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics.
* Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one.
* Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid visa with permission to work.
* Vaccine preventable disease evidence such as Hepatitis B (other vaccinations may be required).
