Medical Support Coordinator Role
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
* Manage patient payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing efficiently.
* Operate our booking system to maximize productivity.
* Assist with administrative activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
Responsibilities include:
1. Clinic Reception: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding promptly to their inquiries and needs.
2. Scheduling: Manage clinic schedules, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and minimizing wait times.
3. Administration: Maintain accurate records, process payments, and perform various administrative tasks to support the team.
