* Engage with clients effectively, building positive relationships and supporting their unique needs.
* Provide assistance with personal care and daily tasks.
* Support clients with high-needs disabilities, including those who use wheelchairs and require additional medical care.
* Prioritize tasks and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:
* Confident and resilient with experience working with diverse client groups.
* Skilled in prioritizing tasks and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
* Flexible with availability for shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
* Holder of a valid Australian Driver's License, Working With Children Check, and NSW NDIS Workers Screening Check.
* Full COVID vaccination status.
* Experience working with clients with high-needs disabilities.
* Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent (desirable).
