Facilitate"Your Home Customisation Appointment" helping customers select colours and customisations for their new home.
Provide timely updates and manage expectations at every stage.
Liaise with construction teams and facilitate smooth transitions from sales to community life.
Drive advocacy and referrals by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
