We don't just maintain machines; we continuously improve them.**The Role**We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our close-knit maintenance team on nights. This isn't a role for someone who wants to turn a wrench and go home — we want a well-rounded tradesperson who brings a wide toolkit, a continuous improvement mindset, and the drive to leave things better than they found them.You'll be part of a 16-person maintenance team spanning three shifts, working alongside fitters, electricians, a planner, and a Maintenance Manager. The team is tight, experienced, and takes pride in what they do.Alongside reactive and preventative maintenance, there is genuine project work on offer — upgrades, modifications, and process improvements that will keep your skills sharp and your work interesting.**Key Responsibilities*** Attend to breakdowns and emergency production requirements promptly and effectively* Execute allocated preventative and predictive maintenance tasks* Operate on and improve sophisticated automated manufacturing equipment including CNC machinery, conveyors, and industrial robots* Contribute to upgrade and modification projects with a CI mindset* Ensure all work meets OH&S legislation and company standards**About You**You're a qualified fitter with a broad range of experience and the confidence to back it up.
