Job Description
The Administration Officer will provide administrative support to patients attending the Neurodegenerative Outpatients Clinic.
They will assist with tasks such as responding to enquiries and providing high-quality service and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Neurodegenerative Outpatients Clinic team.
* Respond to patient enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with the coordination of clinic appointments and schedules.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* High level skills in Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience in responding to enquiries and providing high-quality customer service.
* High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to quality service and quality improvement initiatives.
* Familiarity with KRONOS, Oracle, ERecruit, Officemax, Tollstreamdirect, eMR, iPM and BEIMS.
