This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse passionate about Aged Care to join the Nursing Team at Bathurst Health Service. In this role, you will work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team responsible for coordinating care for older persons who present to the Emergency Department. This involves undertaking assessments, initiating referrals to other health professionals and providers, and maintaining a patient‑focused model of care, with the aim of achieving the best and most appropriate health care outcomes for older persons.
