Electrical Engineer Position
We are seeking an experienced electrical engineer to lead the delivery of electrical projects in our Victorian Asset team in Melbourne.
* Manage audits, works programs, plant reliability and efficiency improvement initiatives.
* Provide technical support across multiple sites.
* Undertake and coordinate electrical audits and inspections.
* Develop and maintain scope documents for periodic electrical maintenance and inspections.
* Supervise ongoing electrical work on site completed by third-party contractors.
* Coordinate change management processes for plant electrical drawings and PLC & SCADA programs.
* Drive and lead preventative maintenance work across quarries.
* Manage electrical projects from initiation through implementation, commissioning and closeout.
* Liaise with key stakeholders, including Quarry Managers, Maintenance Supervisors and third-party contractors.
* Plant automation works and process studies targeted at OEE improvements.
* Ensure compliance and safety across ongoing major electrical projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Systems Engineering, as well as relevant experience in industrial electrical equipment, project management and contractor supervision.
