We are seeking an accomplished finance and commercial lawyer to advise on major renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in documenting, negotiating, and settling finance transactions involving banks and other financial institutions.
About the Role:
* Advising on renewable energy project financings
* Assisting with high-value leveraged and acquisition finance matters
* Supporting real estate finance for private credit funds
* Engaging in debt restructurings and trade finance
Requirements:
* 2+ years of PAE in a reputable front-end Banking Finance focused practice
* Strong commitment to client services and advanced communication and research skills
* Familiarity with banks and other financial institutions
