About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.This is a hands-on role working across all areas of production, including processing of raw Seaweed, equipment operation, sanitation, and quality monitoring. You will play a key role in ensuring our products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in line with strict HACCP and GMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support seaweed harvesting and raw material handling and processing
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas
- Complete production, cleaning, and traceability documentation
- Identify and report any equipment faults, quality issues, or safety risks
