**About Your New Role - Head of Technology, Enterprise Solutions**
The Head of Technology role will be accountable for leading technology strategy and delivery for their domains. This senior leader will work closely with General Managers and their leadership teams in this varied and strategic role. Strong stakeholder management is key to success along with a passion for helping customers. A vital member of the CIO Group Business Units (GBU) Leadership Team, this position will also work with Technnology teams across Customer Solutions and Technology (CS&T).
You will work with a well established, high performing team and will be play an integral role within the business as a trusted advisor for executive stakeholders including Group Executives, General Managers, the CIO GBU Leadership Team and Technology partners across CS&T.
**What You'll Do**:
- Establish and build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders including Group Executives, General Managers, the CIO GBU Leadership Team and Technology partners across CS&T
- Sit on and provide advice to Business Stakeholders Leadership Teams
- Prepare and present RiskCo and Investment papers, technology roadmaps and any other technology priorities to Business Stakeholders
- Manage escalations and provide required transparency to CIO GBU as needed
- Delegate for General Manager at executive interactions
- Experience of successful interaction with regulatory bodies required.
- Lead development of a technology strategy aligned with the goals and priorities of business partners; providing thought leadership, continuous improvement, service availability, risk management and productive use of technology in both run and change services.
- Lead and contribute to architectural roadmap development for domains impacting the division in conjunction with the Chief Technology Office (CTO).
- Structure, plan and execute major projects ensuring efficient and quality execution, on-budget/schedule delivery, and full realisation of expected benefits.
- Actively manage production service quality to achieve service levels and manage volumes; understand and manage all technology risk aspects; ensure disciplined execution of service improvement programs
- Develop and nurture the team and promote a collaborative culture that embodies achievement, teamwork and integrity and enables a diverse and inclusive workforce to reach its full potential
- Actively manage demand to ensure its appropriately prioritised, funded, resourced, and aligned with the division and CS&T strategy and architecture
- Demonstrate disciplined management of financial performance including active management of consumption to optimise the division's technology spend
- Role model exceptional Risk Management practices.

- Exemplary stakeholder management skills are imperative to this role
- Experience as a senior executive technology leader, accountable for a large function of work, leading senior leaders and a large business
- Uses advanced logic to make highly complex judgements with a noticeable impact to the broader business
- Demonstrable success in leading large scale technology transformation
- Experience in leading the development of technology roadmaps and helping the business achieve their objectives through alignment to those roadmaps
- Experience of how technology can enable core business capabilities such as procurement, property, complaints, customer hardship & vulnerability and customer remediation would be highly valued
- Ability to develop innovative pathways to address challenges such as funding or project timeframes
- AGILE proficiency
- Experience of successful interaction with regulatory bodies required.
- A career built on successfully fostering positive executive stakeholder relationships (10+ years)
- Highly developed analytical skills
- Collaborative approach, building positive working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues in order to achieve strategic outcomes
