An exciting opportunity has opened for a highly motivated individual looking to begin their career in the industry while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer engagement and a keen interest in the home‑building industry.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of our Display Centre, ensuring an outstanding experience for every visitor. Your primary duties will include greeting and assisting potential home buyers, qualifying and collecting sales leads, and working closely with our New Home Advisors to convert leads into sales. In this dynamic team environment, you will take on a variety of tasks as needed to achieve the best possible results and contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional customer service.

You will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their dream of building a New Hunter Home by providing professional guidance and support throughout their journey.

Position Details

* Full‑time role
* 5‑day workweek, including one day of a weekend and select public holidays

Roles & Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist visitors at the Display Centre, creating a warm and engaging environment
* Collect, qualify, and manage potential sales leads
* Assist the New Home Advisor in organising and managing their workload
* Maintain accurate records within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
* Log and follow up on pricing requests as needed
* Support administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Display Centre
