We're now looking for a Sales Administrator to be the engine room behind our national retail accounts - ensuring sales data, systems, and retailer requirements are handled with precision, pace, and pride.
This role is critical to keeping our retail partners running smoothly across Woolworths, Coles, 7-Eleven, Ampol, Reddy Express and other national & independent customers.

The Role
You'll own the end-to-end sales administration function, supporting our sales leadership and retail partners with accurate data, flawless execution, and proactive problem-solving.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in FMCG environments, understands retailer systems, and loves keeping the wheels turning behind high-growth brands.

Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales Administration
* Manage all sales admin across national and independent retail partners
* Own retailer portals including Woolworths PartnerHub and other customer systems
* Process new line forms, price changes, promotions, range reviews and product updates
* Maintain accurate item, pricing, and promotional data across all accounts
Retailer & Partner Support
* Act as the key point of contact for sales admin queries from retailers and distributors
* Coordinate with supply chain, finance and operations to resolve issues quickly
* Send invoices and upload data to EDI portals
* Work with supply chain and 3PL to fulfil retailer orders
* Support onboarding of new retailers and channels
Reporting & Data
* Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
* Track promotional activity, ranging changes and store counts
* Ensure sales data integrity across internal and external systems
Process & Improvement
* Improve and document sales admin processes as the business scales
* Identify efficiencies across systems, reporting and retailer workflows

What We're Looking For
Essential
* Proven experience in FMCG sales administration
* Hands-on experience using retailer portals
* Experience with using EDI systems
* Experience with promotional schedules
* Experience working with major retailers (Woolworths, Coles or convenience/fuel highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
Nice to Have
* Experience with convenience and fuel channels (7-Eleven, Ampol, Reddy Express, etc.)
* Exposure to high-growth or challenger FMCG brands
* Confidence working in fast-moving, lean teams
