The Key Account Manager (KAM) – Australia will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Amazon account in Australia, ensuring operational excellence while identifying and unlocking new revenue and service opportunities. This role requires a strong balance of commercial leadership, governance discipline, and effective cross-functional coordination to support business growth and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary country-level point of contact (POC) for Amazon Australia.
* Drive service and network expansion initiatives to support business growth.
* Lead commercial management and contractual governance for the account.
* Monitor and manage performance KPIs, operational audits, and escalation handling.
* Collaborate closely with operations, finance, product, and regional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with Fair Work, Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management or Key Account Management.
* Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce environments.
* Fluent in English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
* Experience working with Amazon or managing Amazon as a strategic key account is highly advantageous.
