We are seeking a Maintenance Manager (Heavy Diesel Mechanic) for our growing WA operation. Based in Albany, WA with responsibility for Esperance, WA also.

Responsibilities
We seek a Maintenance Manager (Heavy Diesel Mechanic)
Applicants must be experienced, competent, dependable, and enthusiastic with a strong commitment to safety and quality. This position involves managing a team of specialist mechanical and auto electrical tradespeople providing in-field maintenance, and workshop-based repairs and servicing. The work is interesting and challenging, with demanding work hours.
We currently operate machinery that includes Caterpillar, Tigercat, Peterson, and Husky, as well as a fleet of light vehicles and heavy trucks. Skills required shall include scheduling maintenance, overseeing the purchasing of parts and equipment, and working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure maximum production efficiencies.
This role includes in-field maintenance and workshop repairs, and requires residency in or around Albany.
The successful applicant will need to reside locally in or around Albany.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must be experienced, competent, dependable, and enthusiastic with a robust commitment to safety and quality. Previous experience within the forestry industry is highly desirable but not essential.
