About this Role
As a Dealer Marketing Manager, you will serve as the bridge between GAC International Australia and our dealer network — driving marketing initiatives that boost brand awareness, support dealer retail performance, and ensure consistent brand presentation across all sales outlets. You will design and implement campaigns, collaborate with dealers to customize local marketing efforts, and deliver tools and support that enable dealers to maximize their market impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement retail marketing programs tailored to support the dealer network and drive showroom traffic, lead generation, and sales.
* Act as the primary marketing liaison for dealers: provide marketing toolkits, POS materials, digital assets, and guidance to facilitate campaign execution.
* Coordinate and support national and local marketing campaigns (digital, in‑dealership, events, ATL/BTL), ensuring alignment with the company's overall brand strategy.
* Manage co‑op / budget allocations for dealer marketing programs; oversee claims processes and budget compliance.
* Plan and execute dealer‑focused events such as product launches, showroom activations, test‑drive events, seasonal promotions, and other retail activations.
* Ensure brand consistency and adherence to marketing/brand guidelines across all dealers‑led activities and communications.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and dealer marketing effectiveness: collect data, analyze results (lead generation, showroom traffic, sales uplift), and provide actionable insights.
* Facilitate training or best‑practice sharing with dealer marketing teams to improve execution and performance.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure seamless coordination and support.
What We Are Looking For?
* Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
* 5+ years' experience in automotive marketing, dealer marketing, or channel / retail marketing — preferably in OEM or automotive retail environment.
* Proven track record of planning, executing, and measuring multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital, retail, in‑dealership, events).
* Strong stakeholder management skills — able to collaborate effectively with dealers, internal teams (sales, product, digital), and external agencies or vendors.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset: ability to work with data, KPIs, ROI metrics, and derive actionable insights.
* Organized, detail‑oriented, able to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proactive, results‑driven, adaptable to a fast‑paced and evolving market environment.
