Job Summary: We are seeking a Services Manager to lead our construction project team in Perth, Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, experience working on large-scale projects, and exceptional communication and leadership skills.
About the Role: As a Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing building services packages, subcontractors, and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. You will also develop and maintain construction programs, implement procurement strategies, and ensure elevated levels of Health & Safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain construction programs

Requirements:
* Degree qualified in M&E Engineering or Construction Management related field
* Previous experience working on large-scale projects
