This part-time role empowers LGBTIQA young people in Greater Shepparton to thrive by designing and leading strength-based workshops, peer support activities, and community engagement opportunities.
About the Program
* Design a new program that reflects youth voice and creates safe and inclusive spaces for LGBTIQA young people.
* Deliver strengths-based workshops and peer activities that support participants in strengthening their wellbeing, education, and future pathways.
* Monitor program outcomes and share impact with the community.
What We're Looking For
* A strong understanding of LGBTIQA young people's needs and experiences.
* Experience in designing or coordinating youth or community programs.
* The ability to incorporate youth voice into program content.
* Strong stakeholder relationships across schools and services.
* Excellent communication skills.
