About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hands-on customer service professional at our busy hearing clinic in Frankston, VIC.
You will play an important role within our business providing exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this diverse client facing role.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and manage our clients' experiences for optimal outcomes
* Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
* Provide administrative support to our clinicians
* Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics
* Learn and competently use a range of software and applications
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team

What's in it for you?
This is a permanent position, working 4 days between Monday and Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. For the right candidate, we will also consider full-time employment working Monday to Friday.
