Kairos Community College is seeking two Teacher Aides to join our Caloundra campus team, playing an important role in supporting both teachers and students in our Years 10-12 classrooms.
Teacher Aides at Kairos are integral members of the team. You will work directly with students, providing learning support tailored to their needs, assisting with classroom activities, and helping create an environment where young people feel valued, capable, and motivated.
We are seeking applicants who:
* Are enthusiastic about supporting young people to re-engage with learning
* Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
* Are flexible, proactive, and able to work collaboratively
* Are willing to contribute positively to the culture of a growing campus
* Hold or are working towards additional qualifications such as a TAE, Certificate II in Hospitality, or a Light Rigid vehicle licence (highly regarded)
