We're seeking an organised and collaborative Technical Writer for a major client in the Bowen Basin.
In this role, you'll play a key part in improving how we capture and communicate work processes across teams.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly SW documentationReview and update existing content to ensure accuracy and usabilityWork closely with execution teams to ensure SW is practical and aligned with frontline needsSupport daily and weekly SW performance reportingAttend MOPs (Management Operating Processes) to present updates and outcomesGather feedback and use strong influencing skills to promote the value of SWContribute to broader team activities, including field leadership, hazard reporting, and team initiativesAbout You:Strong written communication and document design skillsAbility to translate complex processes into clear, standardised documentationConfident working with multiple stakeholders and incorporating feedbackPassionate about safety, reliability, and continuous improvementProactive, adaptable, and a strong team playerIf you're looking to build your skills in technical writing while making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
