Andersens Sales Consultants play a key role in continuously providing customers with friendly, accurate service and support in finding the right products and service to complete their project. If you love to learn and have a passion for helping others, come join our team.
Responsibilities
Establish and nurture relationships with past customers and potential customers to facilitate sales
Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the customer journey
Follow sales procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions
Read and develop floor plans
High level of communication with customers in person, by phone and by email
Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various products and services with full training to be provided
Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
One to two years of experience in a relevant area of Sales or Marketing, {building Industry favourable}
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily
Familiarity with relevant software, including Outlook
Ability to contact customers, complete sales and manage other tasks independently
Time management and prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
Willingness to adapt and implement new sales methods
Flooring experience will be advantageous.
Driver’s licence is essential
