Position
We are looking for a Full time Wine Bar Supervisor to lead the operation of Crown Perth's new Wine Bar – Gladstones, opening in December ****.
This role is responsible for delivering the operational plans, motivating and developing the team, and fostering a culture of exceptional guest service through collaborative and engaging leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Co-ordination of day-to-day operations
Exceptional customer service and a passion for creating spectacular experiences
Mentor and coach team to improve operational and service capabilities
Assist in delivering initiatives to maximise outlet performance
About you
WSET Level 2 knowledge
Strong understanding of wine and hospitality service
Demonstrated leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations
Proven ability to lead, motivate and engage teams
Availability to work across Wednesday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends

Opening hours of the venue will be Wednesday – Sunday (evenings).
