What you\'ll be doing 
Lead and contribute to complex planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments 
Provide strategic advice to clients, councils, and stakeholders to shape planning outcomes 
Mentor junior team members while continuing to develop your own expertise 
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, community-focused results 
Is this you? 
A qualified Town Planner with several years\' experience in urban planning (ideally MRTPI or equivalent) 
Strong understanding of planning legislation, policy, and approval processes 
Excellent stakeholder engagement and report-writing skills 
Someone who thrives on problem-solving and wants to see their work make a visible difference
