With iconic brands and a strong reputation for engineering excellence, they're continuing to grow across Australia and abroad — and they're looking for a driven Sales Engineer to join their team.
About the Role
You'll take charge of your territory, driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with consulting engineers, HVAC contractors, and distributors. With a focus on cutting-edge cooling and heating systems, you'll play a key role in specifying products for major commercial and industrial projects.
What You'll Do
* Manage and grow existing accounts while chasing new business opportunities
* Work closely with engineers and contractors to get products specified into major projects
* Provide technical support - from heat load calcs to training and demos
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitors
* Support marketing initiatives and project tenders
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' HVAC sales experience with a solid technical background
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or trade qualification in Refrigeration
* Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills
* Commercially savvy and results-driven
