Role Overview
This newly created role will lead our global sales enablement strategy, designing, implementing, and optimising enablement programs that empower our sales and customer-facing teams to succeed. You’ll own onboarding, continuous learning, playbooks, sales messaging, and more. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Operations, this is a pivotal role in shaping sales performance across our eight product lines.

Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver scalable onboarding and training programs across all commercial teams. Build and maintain playbooks, scripts, and sales content aligned with our go-to-market motion. Lead internal sales conferences, product enablement, and ongoing learning initiatives. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Ops to ensure alignment with global strategy. Drive adoption and governance of HubSpot and related enablement tools. Collect feedback from regional sales teams to continuously improve enablement programs.
Ideal Candidate
Proven track record in sales enablement leadership within global SaaS or software companies. Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle, buyer journey, and enablement best practices. Skilled in delivering high-impact learning programs, tools, and coaching at scale. Strong HubSpot experience essential. Confident facilitator and presenter with cross-functional collaboration skills.
