All training will be provided, above award remuneration offered, including 5 weeks paid annual leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing genuine, patient centered customer service
* Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
* Manage patient inquiries and billing.
* Process bookings, scheduling and diary management.
* Have excellent computer skills.
* Maintain accurate patient records and data entry.
* Support the imaging team with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
* Experience in Medical reception.
* Experience using Karisma highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Embrace teamwork and be able to demonstrate a ‘Can-Do/Will-Do’ attitude.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
* Must hold a valid driver’s license for travel between locations.
