The Role
As an Account Director, you will play a senior leadership role within the client service team, acting as a trusted partner to clients and a key driver of delivery excellence across integrated media campaigns. You’ll own senior client relationships, oversee complex programs of work, and ensure the seamless translation of strategy into best-in-class execution.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who balances strong client presence with operational rigour, team leadership, and a deep understanding of the media ecosystem. You’ll work closely with internal specialists to deliver measurable outcomes, while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
What you\'ll be doing
* Own the day-to-day leadership of a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing planning, delivery, and performance across integrated media campaigns.
* Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, shaping conversations around media effectiveness, outcomes, and business priorities.
* Translate client objectives into clear, actionable media approaches, working closely with internal specialists to deliver high-quality work.
* Provide strong oversight of campaign implementation, optimisation, and reporting across digital and offline channels.
* Take ownership of account commercials, including scope, budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
* Lead and develop account teams, setting clear direction, role accountability, and ways of working.
* Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and add value across the agency’s capabilities.
* Represent the agency confidently in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
What you\'ll bring
* Proven experience in a senior client service role within a media or integrated agency environment.
* Strong foundations in media and marketing, with a clear understanding of how channels work together to drive meaningful business outcomes
* Proven ability to lead senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner
* Solid commercial and financial management skills, with hands-on experience managing budgets, forecasts, and account profitability
* A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to do their best work
* Confidence operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail
* A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a natural curiosity and desire to continually improve how work is delivered
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
