In this pivotal role, youwill lead all aftersales functions, including service,partsandtraining.Therole will also support the Executitve Director of Franchise Operations to shape and execute strategy, grow fixed operations, and improve revenue and profitability. Success in this role hinges on strong leadership skills to inspire your team while fostering strategic relationships with departmental managers, suppliers, and customers. Your ability to maximise the potential of every aspect of the business will be critical to achieving outstanding results.
What the role entails:
* Drive strategies to enhance Service and Parts performance across assigned dealerships.
* Ensure consistent application of SOPs, service quality standards, and manufacturer requirements.
* Monitor key daily metrics (labour efficiency, productivity, parts sales, GP, CSI, WIP) and coach managers to achieve targets.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency, workshop throughput, and parts availability.
* Develop and support action plans to increase revenue, profitability, and efficiency.
* Lead Lean processes and franchisor‐aligned meetings.
* Mentor Service Managers, Parts Managers, and frontline teams to build capability and performance.
* Support workforce planning including technician recruitment, skills development and training coordination.
* Champion a consistent, high‐quality aftersales experience.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute aftersales strategies.
* Set clear SMART goals for General Managers, aligned to CMV Group priorities and cascaded to departmental managers.
What we are looking for:
* 5–10+ years in senior leadership with a track record of leading high‐performing teams.
* Proven experience managing fixed operations successfully.
* Strong leadership background; formal leadership development highly regarded.
* A driven leader who builds positive team culture and drives engagement.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong professionalism, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
* Advanced negotiation and people‐management skills to lead effectively and resolve challenges.
* Ability to build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships to support long‐term success.
