Centacare Catholic Country SA is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Whyalla, South Australia.
 * The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of accessible integrated and tailored mental health and family support services.
 * This will involve conducting community consultation to ensure the needs and priorities of the Whyalla community are accurately captured and reflected.
 * The Project Coordinator will also oversee the operations of the Surviving to Thriving Program, including coordination and planning of program initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Program Coordination: The Project Coordinator will coordinate the delivery of the Surviving to Thriving Program, ensuring it meets the needs of the Whyalla community.
 * Community Engagement: The successful applicant will conduct community consultation to understand the needs and priorities of the community.
 * Stakeholder Management: The Project Coordinator will build relationships with stakeholders, including community groups, service providers, and government agencies.
Requirements:
 * Qualifications: A formal qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Community Development, or Management-related discipline is essential.
 * Experience: Demonstrated experience in coordinating community-based programs, including stakeholder engagement and service integration.
 * Skills: Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across sectors.
