Contract Training Opportunities
We are seeking skilled Contract Trainers to deliver nationally recognised training across the Northern Territory.
The roles will support the delivery of apprenticeship, school-based and workplace training, including Certificate III in Carpentry and Civil Construction qualifications.
* Deliver and assess units in line with relevant Training Packages, ASQA standards, and current industry requirements.
* Support apprentices and trainees through training plan implementation, workplace-based learning, on-the-job support, and evidence collection.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement training plans tailored to individual learner needs.
* Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners.
* Work collaboratively with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality training delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant trade or technical qualifications and/or experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Current knowledge of relevant Training Packages and industry standards.
