About the role
Reporting to the Assistant Controller – TAM (based in Napa), this role is vital in establishing a new financial division in the region. Responsibilities include financial reporting, data analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a 9-month full-time fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based financial reports for actionable insights.
Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and optimize processes.
Support the global Record-to-Report (RTR) process, including general ledger reporting and reconciliations.
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements using automation and analytics.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance in financial reporting.
Maintain and improve process documentation, troubleshoot issues, and support audits or projects.
About you
You are a detail-oriented finance professional passionate about data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. You thrive in fast-paced environments, combining technical skills with problem-solving and communication abilities.
Qualifications:
Experience in financial or business analysis, preferably in FMCG or a global organization.
Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, focusing on automation, data modeling, and visualization.
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and derive insights.
Excellent communication and documentation skills for process clarity and improvement.
