Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service

* Provide product advice and assist customers in selecting suitable coffee machines and accessories
* Generate quotes, process sales, and follow up on leads
* Support the sales team in closing deals and maintaining customer relationships
* Build product knowledge to confidently assist both retail and commercial clients
Online Sales & Marketing
* Create and manage product listings on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, eBay, and other online channels
* Upload photos, write engaging product descriptions, and maintain accurate pricing
* Monitor online enquiries and respond promptly
* Assist with basic marketing tasks and online content updates
Office & Operations Support
* Process orders and invoices accurately
