Role Description:

The Business Coordinator is a newly created opportunity based at our Pinjar Power Station.

The Business Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative services across Gas Generation (GG) and serves as the first point of contact for all GG employees.

This role proactively supports the Gas Generation Leadership Team (GGLT) by delivering timely, professional, and confidential administrative assistance.

The Business Coordinator must be adaptable and demonstrate strong planning skills to effectively support business priorities. Responsibilities include managing the schedule of the Site Manager or Head of Gas Generation and assisting with email management, where appropriate. The level of email support may vary based on the manager’s requirements.

Job responsibilities:

- Procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, invoice management and service entries
- Financial process, including accrual and journals and meeting management including recording minutes
- Onboarding and offboarding contractors and embedded contractors as they mobilise and demobilise
- Coordinate operational requirements, inductions, certificates, PPE and training
- Review and assign Purchase Orders to the correct Cost Centres and travel and accommodation bookings
- PPE, safety equipment and clothing ordering and management and also assist with the development of Department reports, presentations and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

What you will bring:

- A current Australian Drivers Licence
- Working knowledge and experience with SAP
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant industry experience in a business support role Obtaining/have a Certificate in Business or related qualification.
- Proficient use of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
