Ignite is working with a federal government department seeking to hire multiple APS6 equivalent Divisional Recruitment Managers for 12 month non ongoing positions.
You will be managing and coordinating recruitment plans and processes across the department as well as helping to develop and plan specialist recruitment activities and strategies. This position also will help to deliver information and training sessions and some reporting requirements.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
eRecruit system experience is highly desirable
Working knowledge of merit selection principals is also highly desirable
