Junior Salesperson (Appointment Setter)
Squad in conjunction with our valued Host Employed are seeking a passionate individual to join their team as a Junior Salesperson (Appointment Setter).

The Role
This role comes with a plenty of variety and the chance to get highly sought after experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Lead Generation and Sales:
* Conduct 350 cold calls and 50 door knocks per week to generate leads and identify potential customers.
* Follow up on engaged prospects with emails and calls.
* Set up and attend meetings with potential clients, with a target of 15 meetings per week.
* Collect and review 15 bills from potential customers each week to assess opportunities for product offerings.
* Use sign-up forms to sell 1-3 user bundles for micro-business customers, with commission earned for each product sold.
What are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have the following;
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers confidently.
* Driven to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
* Basic understanding of technology products and services (training provided).
* Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Locations: Wagga Wagga
Contracted Hours: Full time 8.30-5pm
Salary Range: $50-55K per year
Commencement Date: ASAP
