About the Role We are seeking a strategic and experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a contemporary Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution. This role will oversee the project’s progression through governance assessments and external assurance reviews, while also supporting the organisational change and communications strategy. The Project Director will provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Workstream Leads and the broader project team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and effective management of risks and issues. The Successful Candidate Will: Lead the project through governance board reviews and external assurance processes. Provide strategic guidance and oversight across all project workstreams. Support the development and execution of change management and communications plans. Coach and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and outcome-focused environment. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the ECM solution meets organisational needs and is fit-for-purpose. Desirable Requirements: Extensive experience in leading large-scale, complex technology projects. Strong understanding of ECM solutions and enterprise-level transformation initiatives. Proven ability to manage governance, assurance, and stakeholder engagement processes. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. What's on offer?
